Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of our appliances within 14 days from the delivery date, without providing any reason.

How to Request a Return

2. Receive Instructions
   After receiving your request, we will provide all necessary instructions by email to proceed with the product return.

3. Prepare the Product
   Ensure that the appliance is:

   • In intact and unused condition.

   • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Any signs of wear or missing parts may compromise acceptance of the return.

4. Ship the Product
   Follow the instructions provided to safely package the product and send it to the address indicated by our Customer Service.

Return Costs and Refunds

• Return Shipping Costs
  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the product is defective or not in accordance with the order. In such cases, we will fully cover the return costs.

• Refund
  Once the product is received and its integrity verified, we will refund the full amount paid, including any initial shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or made-to-order products.

• Sealed products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
