PRIVACY POLICY ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Article 13 of the above-mentioned legislative decree, we hereby inform you that all data relating to the customer/user (as Data Subjects) provided by them, as well as any data that may be provided subsequently, are processed exclusively for purposes connected with or instrumental to the activities, operations, and services offered and provided by Ms. Delia Degl’Innocenti (as legal representative of Teknoapp srl – Single-Member Company, owner of the website www.kitchenselite.com, hereinafter simply referred to as the SITE), in accordance with the aforementioned law as Data Controller. The Data Controller guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to the protection of personal data.
1. Purposes of the processing of personal data All data communicated by data subjects are processed exclusively for obligations related to the activities and services promoted by the Data Controller and requested by the Data Subject at the time of registration, in particular to:
- fulfil tax, civil, and administrative obligations aimed at managing the relationships established with the Data Controller and the services provided by them;
- provide online assistance services and information via email;
- perform assistance and technical information functions related to the services and products that are the subject of the Data Controller’s activities, as well as to verify customer satisfaction;
- carry out, including via email, SMS, MMS, postal mail, and other means of communication and data transmission, promotional initiatives in general, in the interest and to the benefit of customers;
- process data provided by the customer/user for statistical and commercial purposes.
2. Communication and disclosure of data All data may not be communicated or transferred, even temporarily, to third parties, whether public or private (including countries within or outside the European Union), unless authorised by the Data Controller, solely for the purpose of achieving the objectives indicated in point 1 above, depending on the type of consent given.
3. Nature of data provision and consequences of consent The provision of data that may be requested by the Data Controller and the related consent to processing, communication, and transfer for the specific purposes referred to in point 1, letters a) to d), is mandatory for the execution of the relationship. Any refusal to provide the requested data or to give the related consent to processing, communication, and transfer would result in the failure to establish the relationship and the impossibility of carrying out the contractual and legal obligations related thereto. The provision of data that may be requested by the Data Controller and the related consent to processing, communication, and transfer for the sole purposes referred to in point 1, letters e) to g), is optional. However, refusal may result in the impossibility of achieving the intended purpose.
4. Methods of data processing and communication Data processing and communication are carried out in strict connection with the purposes set out in point 1 and the related consent, using tools suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality in accordance with Title V, Chapters I and II of the Code. These operations may also be carried out using electronic tools at the Data Controller’s premises.
5. Termination of the relationship In the event of termination of the relationship between the Data Subject and the Data Controller, for any reason, the data may alternatively be:
- destroyed;
- retained for exclusively personal purposes and not intended for systematic communication or disclosure;
- retained for historical, statistical, or scientific purposes, in compliance with the law, regulations, and EU legislation.
6. Subjects involved in the processing of personal data The Data Controller of personal data is Ms. Delia Degl’Innocenti, as legal representative of Teknoapp srl – Single-Member Company, owner of the website www.kitchenselite.com.
7. Right of access to personal data The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such data in an intelligible form. The data subject has the right to obtain information on:
- the origin of the personal data, the purposes and methods of processing;
- the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
- the identification details of the Data Controller, the data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
- the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives within the territory of the State, data processors, or authorised persons.
The data subject has the right to obtain:
- the updating, rectification, or, where interested, integration of the data;
- the deletion, anonymisation, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is not necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
- The above rights may be exercised by submitting a request, without formalities, to the Data Controller or to one of the data processors, also through an authorised person. Requests to the Data Controller or processor may also be sent by registered letter, fax, or email.

Below we provide some information regarding the methods of active and passive collection of information relating to users/tools that interact with this site, as well as the security measures adopted. While browsing a website, it is technically possible, even in the absence of explicit registration by the user and without their active involvement, to collect information which, for these reasons, is defined as passive.
