This 90 cm freestanding Air-Tec cooker combines three high-performance appliances in one. The design and technology that have always distinguished the Professional Series cookers are complemented by an efficient integrated extraction system.

The hob has four induction zones controlled by sturdy metal knobs. Multi-zone technology allows two zones to be combined to create a larger one, suitable for large pots and pans.

The electronic oven has 11 cooking functions: from fan-assisted to static, grill, fast preheating and pizza. The digital electronic programmer provides immediate feedback on the oven functions.

The integrated 10-speed hood, controlled by a dedicated knob, can be installed in extraction or filtering mode. The motor and extraction system are 100% protected against accidental spills from pots and pans.

The Automatic function allows you to independently adjust the extraction power of the hood, depending on the number of active cooking zones. The activated carbon filters can be regenerated in the oven for long-lasting use.
