Shipments for orders placed through the Kitchens Elite website are managed by Teknoapp Srl, the legal entity responsible for the commercial and administrative relationship with the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the customer type, the order value and the destination country.

Shipping within Italy

Private customers (B2C)

For shipments within Italy to private customers, a shipping contribution equal to 4% of the order value applies.

Professional customers and companies (B2B)

For shipments within Italy to retailers, professional studios, companies and trade operators, a shipping contribution equal to 3% of the order value applies.

Shipping to European Union countries

For shipments to European Union countries, excluding Iceland and Greenland, the shipping contribution is calculated according to the total order value:

Shipping outside the EU, Switzerland, Iceland and Greenland

For destinations outside the European Union, including Switzerland, Iceland and Greenland, the customer may choose between the following options:

• collection from the warehouses indicated by Teknoapp Srl;
• a separate shipping quotation provided after the order, based on destination, goods volume, transport availability and any required customs procedures.

Delivery conditions

Countries affected by unrest or conflicts

Teknoapp Srl does not guarantee delivery to countries affected by unrest, conflicts, logistical restrictions, customs limitations or other conditions that may prevent or make transport unreliable.

Street-level delivery

Deliveries are made at street level only. Assembly, installation, porterage and lifting to upper floors are not included.

Any additional services must be requested in advance and, where available, will be subject to a separate quotation.
